Hollandaise Sauce


Im a breakfast person. 早餐也可以当晚餐吃 ;)

Easy Hollandaise Sauce (microwave method)

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp lemon juice
100g of salted butter
Pinch of salt and pepper


1) Beat the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2) Melt the butter on high for 1 minute.
3) Slowly add melted butter into the mixture in (1) and whisk till combine with a balloon whisk.
4) Microwave mixture in (3) on high for 10 seconds. Whisk mixture until reasonably thick.
5) Place mixture back to microwave for another 10 seconds. Whisk mixture until it thicken further.
6) To serve, place poached eggs over toasted bun and grilled bacon and spoon sauce over the eggs.
